SILENT DISCO YOGA IN THE PARK
Join Amber Campion and Johnno of Headphone Mafia on Saturday, June 24th at 9am (in Wingfield Park). This gathering is a one-of-a-kind experience to lift your spirit! We will flow through a soulful slow vinyasa style yoga practice with breathwork and of course, a bit of bootie shakin, accompanied by a live DJ set brought directly to you with your very own headphones. You’ll be able to hear the music and Amber as she guides you to get down, to get up!
